Juddy Musyoki is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Donwise Global Partners, a multidisciplinary consultancy firm delivering sustainable environmental and development solutions across Africa. With over a decade of professional experience in environmental science, climate resilience, agribusiness, and community development, she has established herself as a respected thought leader and practitioner in sustainable development.
She holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science. Juddy has worked with both government and international development organizations to lead high-impact, donor-funded projects (including USAID, AGRA, and the EU), focusing on food security, water and WASH, climate adaptation, environmental governance, and sustainable agriculture.
As CEO, she leads Donwise in strategic planning, partnership building, and program delivery. Her leadership ensures the firm’s services remain data-driven, community-centered, and aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She is especially passionate about advancing inclusive, practical solutions that address climate change, empower local communities, and foster long-term resilience.

- Climate-Smart Agriculture & Resilience Building: Expertise in regenerative agriculture, sustainable land use, water harvesting, and rural climate adaptation models.
- Environmental Governance & Assessments: Skilled in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental Audits (EA), and Resettlement Action Plans (RAPs) in line with NEMA and international standards.
- Agribusiness Development & Livelihoods: Development of smallholder-inclusive agribusiness models, value chain linkages, market systems approaches, and enterprise coaching for rural farmers.
- Project Design & Implementation: Proven ability to lead donor-funded programs from concept to execution, with deep understanding of M&E systems, proposal writing, budgeting, and donor compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Dialogue: Strong track record in facilitating multi-stakeholder platforms, community mobilization, and cross-sector collaboration with government, NGOs, and the private sector.
- Capacity Building & Training: Experienced in designing and delivering customized training for village-based advisors (VBAs), community groups, and extension workers on sustainable agriculture, climate adaptation, and natural resource management.
- WASH & Water Governance: Hands-on experience in rural WASH infrastructure, community-led sanitation models, and integrated water resource management (IWRM).
- Gender and Social Inclusion: Integrating inclusive approaches to ensure the participation and empowerment of women, youth, and vulnerable populations in all development programs.
